Wind Residences is a modern resort type condo an hour drive South of Manila. It is strategically located near restaurants, malls, and walking distance from Skyranch amusement park.

It has country club amenities like clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, game room, sports facilities, and vast playground for kite flying. Each tower has hotel-like lobby with reception area and lobby guards. It also has commercial strip at the ground floor.

Wind Residences by JG Vacation Rentals is a fully furnished deluxe studio unit perfect for 2 to 3 guests. It is fully airconditioned, with comfortable queen size bed with 4 pillows and white fresh linens, complete with cable TV and free wifi access powered by PLDT. It has a functional kitchen with stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, cookwares and eating utensils. It has a sanitized bathroom with shower heater.

The unit is facing the pool area with panoramic views of the region. Towels, toiletries, bottled water, and linens are provided in this self catering accommodation.

Guests may access the following:

1. Indoor and outdoor pool - with extra charge of Php150 per head on regular days and Php300 per day during holidays.

2. FREE visit @ Skylounge Viewdeck for panoramic view of Taal Lake

2. Parking Slot - parking slots are available at the Clubhouse area with discounted parking fee of Php 150.00, applicable for 24 hrs and with multiple entry/exit.
(Note: parking slots infront of the commercial shops have higher parking rates)

There are no taxis at Tagaytay. Transportation is via jeepney, tricycle and private vehicle. You may contact us for referral of private vehicles that you may rent during your stay.
