If you are looking for a relaxed stay in a beautiful, safe and comfortable holiday house on the beach that provides just about everything, look no further.

Situated in the quiet coastal village of Kini Bay, Breaking Waves is located right on the beachfront. Just walk through your private gate at the end of the big lawn down onto the beautiful beach.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and are each furnished with a queen size bed. An extra bonus for travelers with a baby is the use of a campcot and a compact travelling system (pram), which saves you lots of space when packing.

The large living area opens up onto a deck with a heated splash pool, deck chairs and stunning views.
The living area is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, an 80inch flat screen smart TV that includes full DSTV, as well as WiFi. During power interruptions or load shedding, there is a back up battery that will keep some lights going, as well as the TV and WiFi and there is also a plug that is available for charging cellphones or laptops.

The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality cook ware and utensils while provides plenty of work space to prepare delicious meals and cook to your heart's delight with a panoramic sea view!

The entertainment room offers a bar with stools, a wine fridge, a big indoor braai and a pool table, sound proof sliding doors close this space off for the rest of the guests who want to watch tv on the LG 80 inch smart television.

Breaking Waves is fully enclosed and protected with an alarm system linked to armed response. Secure parking is available in the big double garage with an automated garage door.

Enjoy whale watching, or the bottle nose dolphins surfing in the waves, right from the patio. With the fresh ocean air and East-Coast sunshine, you will enjoy being lulled to sleep at night by the sound of the breaking waves right on your doorstep.
