LOCATION is just 5 mins away from Mactan Newtown, Sto. Nino Parish Church, Vistamar, La Mirada, Montessori School, Savemore, and very close to other famous Mactan Beaches like Shangri La, Movenpick, Crimson, J Park Resort and to some Commercial complex and establishments nearby the area.

Parking is available. Public transportations are not too far and Taxi will be available upon request with the staff.

Close to Mactan International Airport, Mactan Newtown and restaurants. 5-10 minutes to the beach.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
