Situated a short 5 minute drive from the airport and 7 minutes from Queenstown central, the house is ideally located above Queenstown’s marina. Highlights at the marina include: - Altitude Brewery (winners at the 2021 NZ Beer Awards) - The Boat Shed Café (a local favourite brunch stop on the lake) - The Frankton Walking Track (a 5km lakefront trail walk to town, or 4km to the Hilton gin bar in Kelvin Heights). We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper, spices and cleaning products for your convenience. The living area has a 65” flatscreen smart TV, indoor gas fire, comfortable sofa and armchairs. The dining table can comfortably seat 8 people. There are also large doors leading out to the balcony from which you can enjoy the majestic and enchanting views of the Remarkables mountain range and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Wakatipu. The bottom floor has a private double garage with internal access, full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the house will not be serviced – however, this can be arranged at an additional cost. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just 5 a minute drive from the house. We follow agoda's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Please make yourself at home. The apartment is perfectly situated, a 6 minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a 4.5 Kilometre walk. Close enough to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your holiday home. Conveniently located the holiday home is a 5 minute drive from the airport, Remarkables Park & 5 mile (where locals go to shop) and a 2 minute drive to Sherwood, where you can try locally sourced, health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages. The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the home. If guests don't have their own transport, we recommend using the local bus service. It is the easiest, most convenient and most affordable way to get around Queenstown. You can buy a 'Bee Card' on the bus making each journey just $2. Please remember that you're staying in a brand new house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
