Our well-appointed 3 bedroom home on Hay Street, is perfectly situated for you to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town. Boasting stunning views overlooking the Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables Mountain Range. Perfect for families or groups, featuring an open plan living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen & three spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience. The home sleeps 6 guests as standard but we can also set up (upon request) a porta cot for infant & toddlers. Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Along with a private garage, making it perfect for storing all your summer & winter equipment securely. We prep the property before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the property will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 10 minute drive away from the apartment. Here are a few highlights: • We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob • I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross contamination • We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Entire space is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. Located near the heart of Queenstown 3 min walk and near the Tiki trail / Ben Lomond walking track that takes you up to the Skyline Gondola (which you can always jump on if you don't fancy the walk). Walk down to Queenstown's waterfront to enjoy some of our favorite restaurants and cafes. We recommend the stylish Jervois Restaurant, Vudu Cafe and Public Kitchen & Bar. We also recommend visiting the Sherwood during your stay. It is located at 554 Frankton Road where you can try locally sourced, healthy family style dining, live music, yoga and massages. If you like mountain biking or hiking there are plenty of tracks in close proximity. The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the apartment and are usually open from mid June to the end of September. The home is just a 15 minute drive from Queenstown Airport and there is free parking provided at the property. If you don't have your own transport, we recommend using the 'orbus' bus service. It is the easiest, most convenient and most affordable way to get around Queenstown. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
