This modern & clean one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is the ideal place to stay for solo travellers, couples or a small family. The apartment sits in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and is in a great location. Take a short walk along the lakes edge, through the beautiful botanical gardens and you'll find yourself in the heart of Queenstown. It is also just far enough out of town away from the hustle and bustle if you would like to enjoy a quieter evening on the balcony marvelling at the views on offer. Wraparound full length windows / sliding doors surround this home allowing the natural sunlight to pour in whilst also showing off the majestic natural scenery. An open plan living / dining / kitchen area gives the home a spacious and comfortable feel. For your convenience there is a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, free unlimited WiFi, laundry facilities and free parking. The sofa can also be turned into an extra bed if required for a third/fourth guest for an additional fee (please let us know prior to arrival, if this is required). Bedroom – 1 x Queen Bed Living area - 1 x Sofa Bed (suitable for children only) We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment. We follow agoda's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: • We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob • I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross contamination • We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Entire space is included in this rental. The apartment is next to one of the South Island's deepest glacial fed lake's where you can hire a boat or jet ski or if you’re game try Queenstown’s latest adrenalin activity, Jet boarding. Conveniently located the apartment is 10 minutes drive from the airport, and Remarkables Park & 5 mile (where locals go to shop) and a 5 minute drive to Sherwood, where you can try locally sourced, health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages. The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the apartment. There are multiple walking trails that can be found just outside the door for recreation, linking up with renowned Queenstown bike trails that run throughout the Wakatipu. The apartment is conveniently located along the lakefront, a short walk to the town centre and a 10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport. If guests don't have their own transport, we recommend using the local bus service. It is the easiest, most convenient and most affordable way to get around Queenstown.
