Our home located on Mulholland Drive consists of two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a fully equipped kitchen / dining area and living area, making it an ideal choice for small families or couples. The stylish kitchen is equipped with a variety of modern appliances including a coffee machine and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper & cleaning products for your convenience. Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Sleeping up to 4 guests as standard, we can set up a sofa bed in the second living area to increase this to 5/6 guests for an additional fee. Bedding configuration options as follows: Bedroom 1 – 1 x king bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed Optional extra - 1 x sofa bed We prep the home before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the property will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you. You will also be able to enjoy our complimentary gift basket full of local and regional produce to get you started and refresh you from your travels. We follow agoda's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: • We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob • I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross contamination • We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Entire space is included in this rental. The local bus service runs in to Frankton and Queenstown every 60 minutes. Alternatively if you have a car it's just a 15 minute drive into the centre of town. There are lots of wonderful bike and walking trails nearby too if you'd like to explore your immediate surroundings. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel.
