This newly refurbished ground floor, modern & clean one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is the ideal place to stay for solo travellers, couples or a small family. The apartment sits in a quiet complex, friendly neighbourhood and in a great location with lots of amenities nearby, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The apartment consists of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with modern interiors, new appliances and a smart TV (Netflix, lightbox). For your comfort there is a fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited WiFi, a heat pump / air conditioner and free parking. The sofa can also be turned into an extra bed if required for a third/fourth guest (please let us know prior to arrival, if this is required).

The complex is perfectly situated, a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the heart of Queenstown, so you’ll be close enough to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment. The local supermarket ‘Fresh Choice’ is just a short walk away as well so getting your groceries will be convenient.
Coronet Peak Ski-field is also only a 15 minute drive away, super handy come ski season.

We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.

You will also be able to enjoy our complimentary gift basket full of local and regional produce to get you started and refresh you from your travels. If you also fancy practicing the art of yoga during your stay with us, we offer free passes to a yoga studio just a 5 minute drive away from the apartment.

This apartment is located near the heart of Queenstown (10 min walk/ 1 minute drive) but tucked away from busy streets and its near to the Queenstown Hill walking track - in a little less than an hour you can reach the top and access gorgeous views of the town, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Queenstown.

If guests don't have their own transport, we recommend using the 'orbus' bus service. It is the easiest, most convenient and most affordable way to get around Queenstown.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
