Located in Bandar Baru Samariang, where you can easily find restaurant, pasar malam, self service laundry, and etc. Just a walking distance to Surau and Mydin Supermarket dan more shop houses around.

This place is so strategic that you can see a scenic Mount Santubong from the place's entrant! If you have a plan to visit tourist attraction spot in Santubong, it only takes you 10-15minute to go to golden sandy beach at Damai Central, Sarawak Cultural Village and few resorts and golf course there. If you wanted to look for local handcraft, it only 20-25 minute drive from the heart of Kuching City.

Trip to Pasar Serikin (Sarawak-Kalimantan border) is also possible as it only about 90-105 minute away from the place.

Feel like home sweet home:
This double storey house consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 washroom, with complete kitchen wares. Thus you and your family may not be worry to have family dinner here. The place can comfortably accommodate 7 - 9 adults and 2 cars porch in front.
