We are looking forward to welcoming you very soon in one of the most beautiful places to stay in Medellín city. beminimal is a building with 24 stylish mini-apartments, designed for you to have a comfortable stay full of positive experiences. We are located in Laureles Conquistadores, a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just 1 block away you will find Parques del río, a park full of nature you will love! Two blocks away there is a Metro station to move to any part of the city.
Our Essential Mini-Apt is designed to meet all your needs in a cozy and very stylish space. You will be able to prepare your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and microwave. You will love your private bath with walk-in rain hot shower. You will have pleasant nights in a Queen bed. Our pillows and hotel sheets will give you spectacular nights of comfort. In the living room you can work comfortably or relax on the sofa while watching your favorite series. This sofa also converts into a very comfortable double bed in case you need a mini-apt for 4 people.
Goodbye to waiting lines, keys and keycards, at beminimal each mini-apt has a door with smart access. We will give you a unique access code when you check-in. To make everything easier for you, you can do your check-in and checkout online.
Traveling with your furry friend? At beminimal we are pet lovers and this Mini-apt is totally pet-friendly. Your best friend can stay with you for an extra fee of 10% of the total of your stay. We will use this value to do an additional and exhaustive cleaning after your checkout.
Do you need to work? We have a co-working space on the first floor, with very fast wi-fi and right next to it you will find the River Town café, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and many tasty pastries.
If you want to relax or maybe socialize with other travelers, you only have to take the elevator to the 8th floor where you will find the rooftop with the perfect atmosphere to relax and have a refreshing drink from our bar.
For cleaning lovers we offer room cleaning service for an extra fee of 15 USD. At the moment we do not have a laundry in our building. We recommend "Laundry Café". Conquistadores in Laureles is a traditional neighborhood of Medellin. It is a safe and quiet district surrounded by parks, where you can connect with the culture and traditions of the city. It is a very well located neighborhood, from there you can easily move to the places of interest in the city through the metro, on foot or even by bicycle.
Walking through the neighborhood you will find small local shops, a barber shop, a pet store, local food restaurants and of course the park: Parques del rio, where there is a tourist office, bicycle rental and many green areas to spend time outdoors.

Walking and cycling is a great option in our neighborhood. To get around the city we recommend the metro. Our closest metro station is the Plaza Mayor station located 7 minutes walk from beminimal, there you can take the metro to move to any part of the city.
In Medellín, taxis and Ubers aren't expensive, so you will always have this option if you want a more comfortable ride.
Do you come by car? In beminimal we don't have private parking, you will find some places to park in the streets near the building.
Hourly rate during the day: 1,16 USD
From Monday to Friday: from 20:00 to 8:00 it's free.
Saturdays: from 20:00 to Sunday 11:00 it's free
Sundays: from 19:00 to 08:00 it's free.
If you come by car, keep in mind that in Medellin we have the "pico y placa" This is a measure by the authorities to reduce the environmental impact within the city by controlling the circulation of cars on certain days depending on their license plate. Find out about the schedules so you do not have any problem with your vehicle.
Without a doubt, our biggest plus is being a 2-minute walk from PARQUES DEL RIO. This park, full of unique spaces, integrates both banks of the Medellín River. It is perfect for nice walks, bike rides, picnics and all kinds of outdoor activities. If you are a nature lover, this place is perfect for you!
