* The Pool & Gym: Now the outdoor pool & gym is closed for guest who stay short term, it only uses for resident. So, only when your stay is more than from one month, we will support to register for you. The outdoor pool &gym is located just below the ground of the building and use fingerprints for accessing. Therefore, if you have a need to use it, please notify the landlord at least 3 day in advance to register for you (maximum 2 adults, kids will be free when come with adults) (You can notify this before you arrive or during your stay). The poo & gyml will be charged for one time registration for $ 15 (use for whole your staying). You can use the pool from 6 am - 10 pm every day after being registered. Please note and thanks.
