General Rules and Regulations to be followed by all the guests.

✔ Check in and check out instructions
Check out: 9:00 to 10:30
Check in: 14:00
Early check in and late check out will depend on the availability.
Check out after 10:30 will be charged 500/-hour. Irrespective of date of check out or Check in.

✔ All the guests are required to provide valid ID proof at the time of check in.
✔Air Conditioning will start approx. 3 minutes after switching on, kindly be patient.
✔ Be environment friendly, please switch off the air conditioners, lights and other electrical equipment’s if not in use or while going out of the apartment.
✔ Remember you have neighbors, avoid making excessive noise. Don’t do anything that is a nuisance to the residents of the complex.
✔ Playing loud music in the apartment or inside the communal area is not permitted.
✔ Swimming costumes are mandatory while using swimming pool, without that you will not allowed to enter the pool.
✔ It’s mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool
✔ After having a swim kindly dry yourself properly and you can use changing room to change into dry cloths before entering the lift area or apartment.
✔ Timings for Gym and Swimming Pool: 10am to 6pm.
✔ Since place is next to paddy fields, so It’s advisable for guests to close all the windows and balcony doors after sunset to avoid attracting insects and bugs to enter the apartment at night time.
✔ Parking space is available inside the complex but on first come first basis.
✔Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property, furniture, amenities or fixtures in the apartment, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible will be charged directly from guest.
✔ As per Standard Procedure, we kindly request you to cooperate with the host or caretaker at the time of check out for inventory, amenities and equipment check. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
✔ Guest security is of prime importance to us, so please make sure you secure the apartment and your belongings thoroughly before leaving. We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the apartment.
✔ Housekeeping will be done on daily basis which will not include cleaning of utensils and cleaning of utensils will be charged Rs.500 extra on guests request only.
✔ Our staff will be happy to do the dishes on your behalf. just pay them 500 incase if you hate washing them.
✔ Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ Overnight stay is not allowed for any extra guests, who are not registered with us. Only visitors are allowed that to only after informing host or caretaker in advance.
✔ This is a self-assisted agoda. Please do not expect any bell boy or porter to carry your luggage.
