his is a high end expatriate district that is 3 mins drive away from the famous Gurney drive, 15mins drive from Georgetown town centre, and 20mins drive to Batu Feringgi beach!

Within 5mins walk there is a Cold Storage Super Market in Island Plaza Shopping Mall.

The Precinct 10 mall below the house offers a variety of restaurants from the authethic Korean bbq restaurants, Japan cuisine, Chinese steamboat, Chinise stir fry restaurant, western food, pubs, halal Middle East and Indian cuisine.
