• Our Response to Covid-19:
Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While we take every precaution to ensure Colonie is clean - we still recommend that you practice safe social distancing and thorough hand washing during your stay!

Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry.

• COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE :
In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering Silverpark / Colonie premises. Please provide details to your host @0199328918 to ensure a smooth check-in.

Note : Food & related ingredients / spices / oils, BBQ netting, skewers and charcoal are guest's own.

• COMMUNAL BBQ PIT :
All BBQ activities at the apartment outdoor terrace, including guest own BBQ electric grill is not permitted due to fire hazards & cleanliness issue.
Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on first come first serve basis. Guests bring their own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit.

Size of BBQ Table: 813MM x 1219MM

NOTE: You can buy 2 pieces of the 400 X 500MM grill nets. It should fit nicely.

Fraser's Hill is a small highland retreat and its easy to walk everywhere. There are trails, waterfalls and pretty good food at the few restaurants up here.

The temperatures get really cold at night so its best to bring along a jacket and thick pants.

Wearing socks indoors is a good idea against the cold floors, especially at night.

With cool temperatures, natural surroundings and very few cars, this is the place to do walkabouts and enjoy a laid back life.

There are two carpark spaces available for the walk-up apartment but unfortunately, there is no public transport to Fraser's Hill. You can take the bus to Raub, Pahang and arrange a private taxi up. Or take the local train to Kuala Kubu Bahru (the nearest town before going up to Fraser's Hill) and get a taxi from there.

Hello. This apartment fits 8 people (we will do a headcount) and guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. Please respect the pork-free, no noise & no parties policy. Many of my immediate neighbours are muslims and all are seekers of peace & tranquility. The rate for Colonie 1521 is discounted from our usual rates (kindly compare with other Colonie units) due to a floor defect at the living area that we are unable to rectify presently. Guests who are interested to book, kindly take note of this.
