The Shore 2 Residences Tower 1 building is secured by security guards, so you can fully enjoy your stay in a safe environment. The 1BR-condo with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed (convertible) is perfect for 1-4 persons like solo travellers, business guests or a small family.

You will be staying at a private space located at the 12th floor of the building with a nice view on the playground and the pool area.
All rooms are professionally designed and equipped in a thoughtful, smart and refreshing way.
The apartment will give you everything you need and feel like a nice, cozy and clean little home.

The absolute special feature of the apartment is the free use of our virtual concierge service "vStaytion", which provides you many helpful features and tips for your stay. Using vStaytion, you can contact us at any time in case of any questions or needs.

Further technical features are the 40" TV and the highspeed internet that can support working from home, e.g. at the dedicated working desk with stool. You will find a hot shower, towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials needed for small meals that you can take in the small dining area.

When it comes to sleeping, the queen size bed (80'') with fresh linens and beddings offers a perfect place top relax. For your additional travelers, the apartment holds a sofa bed that can accomodate up to two people during the night. The closet cabinet with sliding doors offers enough space to store your clothes and belongings.
