Our Place is specially design for Family and Friend Vacation, It is highly recommended for small group of family or friends, perfectly accommodates up to 6 guests.

This is a Three-Bedroom Suite located at:
Oasis Condominium, Persiaran Tebing Kinta 1, Taman Mirindi, 31400 Ipoh, Perak.

Our Suite is fully furnished, it is located on 7 Floor and is very close to IPOH City Centre making it suitable for business travellers, families, and foreign travellers.

It features several facilities such as swimming pool and Gymnasium.

Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, kettle, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided.

The bedroom setting is as follows:-
• Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed (2 pax)
• Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed (2 pax)
• Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed (2 pax)

A Security Deposit of RM 200 will be collected before check-in and will be refunded within a day after check-out on the condition that no loss, damage or negligence was done to the Property.

Only (1) FREE DESIGNATED PARKING LOT ON PREMISE will be provided if you are driving.

All facilities and elevators require access card. Please bring the access card with you wherever you go.

** Swimming pool and gym are open from 8am to 8pm daily.
** Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed to use the facilities, first come first serve basis.
