- You will get the whole unit to yourself like it’s your second home in Johor Bahru. This apartment has 24-hour security surveillance assuring you peace of mind during your stay.
- If you need transport service from Singapore Changi Airport / Johor Senai airport to my place, or you need to rent a car, I will try my best to arrange for you. I will provide the contact number of car rental service via private message after your confirmation.
- For your convenience, you do not need to rush to check-in before 3pm. The self-Check-In Instruction will be sent to you before 10am on that day of your arrival .

- Please take note security deposit will NOT be charged or held against your credit/debit card. Unless there's a damage on the house or non-observance of house rules or fine imposed by building management for rules violation.
- Check-In Time is anytime after 3pm, Check-Out Time is before 12pm.
- Self-Laundry machine is provided at the basement
