Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, however I will be available 24/7 via agoda chat or phone for any issues that they may have. Guests are 8 minutes away by walk to 'Sobha realty metro station' and 2 minutes by walk to 'dubai marina' tram station. Guest can visit the JBR beach which is 1.4 km away, 20 minutes by walk, 7 minutes by driving - Taxis available 24/7. - Very near to metro and tram stations. - Careem Rental Bikes below the building. - Electric scooters rental below the building In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal.
