This unit offers 3 Split air-conditioning for both bedrooms and the living room. The master’s bedroom has a Queen size bed and a closet. The other room offers a single bed with a pull-out bed below it. The mattress will be provided if need be.
A second-floor walk-up with a small balcony, a 40-inch TV with basic cable, and fast unlimited internet with at least 60-80 Mbps. The living room has a lovely sofa, a perfect relaxing spot. A fully equipped & functional kitchen in which you can cook your meals. Complete basic utensils, microwave, and fridge. Built-in washer and dryer for your laundry so you don’t need to go out.
The guest will have access to the entire space. An outdoor swimming pool is available for guests as well as the gym located in Tower 1.
Parking is available along the road inside the condo compound on a first come first serve basis.
Guests can communicate thru the Agoda app, email, text, and Viber.
This unit is located in Good Shepherd Road Banawa, Guadalupe Cebu City also known as “AppleOne Banawa Heights”. Approximately a few minutes from the downtown area (Fuente Circle).

As for the GYM, Towers 1 & 3 are located on the roof deck and Tower 2 is located in the Basement. Guests can use it anytime except for TUESDAY.

Housekeeping services for check-ins of 3 nights or more are available per request for a fee, this way your privacy is maintained. Just send me a message for when and what time you want it done.
NOTE: Service disruption of WIFI, CableTV, Swimming Pool, and Gym is beyond the control of the Host therefore 100% availability all the time cannot be guaranteed.
