- Yes, fast fibre wifi internet connection for free.

Do you have a shower heater?
- We have and it is free. We do not include the shower heater in the amenities so it is not part in the price you pay, it is a freebie. Mostly it is on and working and a few times it is off due to breaker tripping, you only need to turn it on again by pushing a button.

Do you have parking lot?
- Parking lot is common and is first come first serve basis. Free on daytime, P400 ($7) overnight fee to be paid to the building admin. There is a covered parking for P250 ($5) if you reserve in advance and is subject to availability.

Just across Ayala I.T. Park and facing Ayala Business Park. At the back is the Cebu Country Club Golf Course. At the front-side is the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.

Gym, Kids Playroom and Swimming Pools are maybe free to use or the guard may ask for a fee.

Cleaners will only work after you checkout. You can request a Cleaner within your stay for a P500 ($9) fee for every request. Note that Cleaners are not always available, they can not serve all the time.
