We have five attractions in our Villa

(1) SPACIOUS 3-bedroom house over 250 SQM floor space with high ceiling and with spacious front yard and back yard

(2) LUXURIOUS and PEACEFUL- Unit A is just like an Art Museum with Garden. You will enjoy relaxing bath time in the Jacuzzi of Master Bedroom.

(3) You can enjoy OUTDOOR DINING on our Back Yard

After passing the front yard, there is a tall and two-sided big entrance of Unit A.

On the first floor, we have Living, Dining and Kitchen.
The wall of our high ceiling Living room is decorated with Original sized reproductions of Chagall, Picasso and Matisse.

We display antique Imari big plates in the show case.
You will also enjoy Smart TV or stereo sound in our Living room together with the view from the windows.

In our dining room, we have an 8-seater table with 8 chairs and show case decorated with antique plates and figures.

Our spacious Kitchen with an island has USA made stove and oven, equipped with kettle, rice cooker, a selection of pots and cast-iron pan, set of plates and wine glasses.

On the second floor, is a Gallery with balcony where you will enjoy the original size reproductions of Matisse and view.

Next to the Gallery, is a master bedroom with King size bed, Sofa,
smart TV and balcony.
On the balcony, there's outdoor table and two chairs. Next to the master bedroom, is a spacious dressing room and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.

Next to the Master Bedroom, is a second master room with Queen size Bed, balcony and a bathroom with bathtub.

There is a third bedroom with Queen size Bed with a common CR and Shower room facing to our Living room on the second floor.

Nearest pool is in a resort 1 minute drive

Kalayaan houses were built by American Navy who stationed from the 70s.
Upper Kalayaan houses were built for high ranked US Navy Officers.
Now, foreigners, politicians, company owners etc. reside in Upper Kalayaan.

Gallery and Garden villa is located in Kalayaan SBMA.
About the safety of the place there's a security guards patrolling 24 hrs in the area.
We also have caretakers outside the house and can help.

There might be monkeys around carrying their babies. They are very cute but please don't feed the monkeys and approach them.

There are some stray cats, and they are very cool and may approach you
