Bedroom: - The villa comprises 4 bedrooms. First bedroom on ground floor, rest three bedrooms on first floor. - There are 4 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms, and 1 common. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available.
Living area: - The villa has AC 1 living room, located on the ground floor connecting the dining section and private pool. - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. - We have a 6-seater indoor dining table connecting living room and kitchen.
Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom attached to the living-dining area. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Towels & Basic Toiletries available
Swimming Pool: - The villa has an outdoor private pool - The pool is 4.5 ft. deep. Sizing 28 ft by 20 ft. - Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool. There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor patio furniture.
Food: – The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Basic utensils, stove, crockery, and water purifier – For meal packages – Lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be outsourced by nearby kitchen at additional charges. Zomato Delivery is also available.

Owner (80 years +) stays in the basement, has separate entrance and exit and gives complete privacy to the guests.
A trained caretaker family stays in staff residence and is available whenever required.
