- The villa comprises 4 bedrooms. All Bedrooms on the ground floor (Elder-Friendly)
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
- Wardrobes are available.

LIVING AREA:
- The villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with wide openings and hosts an indoor 8 seater dining area, open kitchen, and 1 washroom.
- Smart TV and music system for entertainment.
- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

BATHROOM:
- The Villa has 5 bathrooms. 4 Bathrooms en-suite, and 1 washroom in living room.
- Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Food:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave.
- For meal package - Lunch, Evening tea with snacks (which you can have in the verandah), dinner, and breakfast can be prepared by caretakers at additional charges
or Utility Charges (₹1000) if you wish to cook by yourself.

Note: Music after 9pm strictly not allowed in outdoors.

You can access the whole villa and its surroundings. Whether it is stepping out for a hike for sunset on the hill near the villa or river rafting near karjat, you can do it all.

Caretakers reside in staff quarters and are available for assistance throughout the stay
