About the Apartment:
This 25-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building without an elevator. The studio is furnished with a double sofa bed (extra linens are provided), dining table and chairs and kitchenette. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave/oven, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is no clothes washer, but a laundromat can be found nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.
The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with a personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.
About the Neuilly-Sur-Seine Location:
Along with the 16th and 7th arrondissements of Paris, Neuilly-sur-Seine forms one of the most prestigious and prosperous residential areas in the whole of France. Located between the Étoile and La Défense, the green paradise of Bois de Boulogne is at your doorstep. Nature lovers can escape the city and immerse themselves in the park spanning acres and acres of woods and fields, while still staying at the heart of the Paris metropolis. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the Metro station Pont De Neuilly (Line 1), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Checkins after 19:00 must be confirmed in advance by management as the office is closed.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 50€
- Linens fee: 50€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property for potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
