The 3-storey townhouse has bedroom 1, kitchen and swimming pool on the second floor and bedrooms 2 and 3 on the third floor.

3 min walk to EDSA Highway.

It is surprisingly quiet at night even though it's close to a highway.

There is a local sari-sari store you can buy from when you need to make a short run for basic supplies.

The streets are safe since the place is close to the police headquarters.

The place has ample parking and is a 5 - 8 minute walk to Araneta Center which is the home to multiple establishments.

The property is located in the middle of everything it will be easy to get around.

1. There is a brand new floor mounted aircon in the living room available for use for an additional fee of 1000/day

2. Please REPSECT and OBSERVE silence at night during bedtime hours as a courtesy to the immediate neighbors. In light of this there will be a 10pm karaoke curfew.

3. The maximum no of guests at the property is 16 pax including visiting guests; Extra guest fee 500php.
*Please let us know before hand if there are any. (for visiting guests that are not staying overnight, guest will have to leave ID with our staff)

4. Main door key will be given upon request since we have CCTV's and security watching over your stay; This is to avoid losing the key (Lost key fee 800)

5. Payment for late checkout is 1500. Latest time for late checkout is at 12nn.

6. Pets are allowed but are required to have diapers and kept on the pool area to avoid destroying furniture and making a mess. Fees may apply if any damages are incurred.

Kindly put all trash inside the garbage bins in the kitchen for the safety and convenience of our cleaners.
