Your family will be close to everything whn you stay at this centrally-located place. it is newly renovated in a gated community located in a prime and safe location in CALANGUTE.The kitchenette is equipped with a single induction cooktop, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.Apt cleaning and linen change is done on every 3rd day.Parking is available inside the complex.Vehicle rentals are easily available though most places are within walking distance including the beach

This AC apartment is clean, airy and has a comfortable balcony that is suitable for smokers as smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The kitchenette is suitable for basic cooking.

For fitness freaks gym and yoga space is available, swimmers can use the common swimming pool which is cleaned everyday.

We would like to maintain guests privacy, so we should be available on phone call or text msgs

you will be pleasantly surprised with the location as inside the complex it is very quiet and peaceful. but if you just step outside you're on the main Calangute-Candolim road within walking distance to the beach (7mins), supermarkets, chemists, bars & restaurant, boutiques, hospitals and even swanky Decathlon store!!!

Two and four wheeler parking is available inside the complex. Vehicle hire options and taxis are available just at the gate of the complex. Tour organizers are also available as well. the bus top is also right outside the complex, though i really don't recommend our public transport to the tourist as buses are scheduled on time.
