Located in Silverdale, a very handy location and close to town. Waikato University, Kuakura Inland Port, Waikato express, Hamilton Gardens, Cambridge, airport and Hospital, you name it and you'll reach there within 2 to 15 mins of driving

A two bedroom house located in a cross- lease land. So we have our neighbour shares the drive way with La Sol and their house is behind ours. Please keep your parking in the right slot and keep the noise down at all time.

If you have any urgent situation, we will try our best to assist you during your stay

1 minute drive from La Sol, there is Foursquare, Subways, Chinese takeaway and restaurants, laundromat, barber, dairy...
La Sol also very close to Hillcrest Library which also in the zone of other shops.
You can park behind the house (1 slot) and in front of the house (on the grass). There are also plenty of off street parking opposite La Sol

Please take note that it is strictly no partying either indoor or outdoor.
We only provide basic toiletry stuff with normal brand.
