NOTE: without GAF, gate security will not permit the entry even if guests have confirmed reservation with AGODA. Only registered guests will be permitted to enter the premises. Guests cannot invite a visitor unless listed as resident and must inform the host in advance. Subject to maximum occupancy of the unit and fees apply.

Emails received after 5:30PM shall be processed the following day beginning 8:30AM. Please note that the timely / speedy of registration will depend on the adherence of the requester to the guidelines.

AZURE is committed to providing our guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. We are a complete non-smoking property, so all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We do provide designated smoking areas outside the building to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke. A significant room recovery fee of PHP10,000 plus any damage charge for guests who do not comply or restore the guest room with smoke-free conditions.

Lost of key means we need to change the whole locking system and will charge PHP5000

A soft copy of transaction slip for SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT of PHP3, 500 is needed to present before you can access the unit or before the caretaker will handover the key of the apartment. For a convenient check in process, it is recommended to settle this in advance. By Doing this you can transfer it via GCASH at +639955583216 or Contact your host for an alternate option.
