About the Apartment:
This 27-sqm studio apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building with an elevator. The studio's living area comes with a sofa and dining table with two chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The studio is interior-courtyard facing and comes furnished with one double bed. All bedding and linens are included and you'll find the bed neatly made on arrival. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The studio has one full bathroom with a sjower, toilet and sink. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap and a hair dryer will be provided to start off your stay.

The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but fans are provided. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Any arrivals after 19:00 must be confirmed in advance, bearing in mind the reservations center is only open until 20:00 and support may not be available after this hour.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 60€
- Linens fee: 40€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800€ is required before arrival by credit card for reservations made on platforms that do not manage the deposit directly.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 2 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

About the Paris 16th Arrondissement Location:
Located in the heart of the 16th Arrondissement of Paris, the green paradise of Bois de Boulogne is at your doorstep. Nature lovers can escape the city and immerse themselves in the park spanning acres and acres of woods and fields. This area is also just a few minute’s walk from one of the most popular shopping streets in the world, the Champs-Elysées. Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at Ladurée for some tasty macarons. At the top of the Champs Elysees lies the monumental Arc de Triomphe. Offering gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, this is a truly unique and gorgeous landmark. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la Découverte as well as the Petit Palais. You are also just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Concorde. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the Metro station Iena (Line 9), making it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!
