House Rules for the safety and quality experience for all our guests:

1. No diving in the swimming pool area.
2. No illegal activities are allowed on the farmhouse property.
3. Additional charges for extended checkouts without permission.
4. Strictly, guests below 21 age are not allowed without adult supervision.
5. Any damage to the property during the stay will be charged to the guest.
6. Your safety is important to us. The host is not responsible for any incidents
7. Maximum Number of Guests - 10. Additional guests will be charged Rs.1000 each.
8. Strictly no smoking inside the villa. You will be charged Rs.5000 for Smoking inside Villa.
9. To provide a sanitary experience to all incoming guests, we request that you respect our no littering policy—no littering in the lawn area or anywhere on the property, please. Otherwise, you will be charged a cleaning fee (Rs.2500 or 25% of the booking fee, whichever is higher).
10. Drinking needs to comply with the Telangana State allowed age & permitted limits. Guest safety is our #1 priority.
