Our place is a 26 sqm studio in Persimmon Studios 3rd Tower, Mabolo, Cebu City. Water is amazing with hot and cold shower. Has wifi and Netflix. Easy access to 7/11, Restaurants, Laundry shop, and ATM. Very near SM City Cebu and Ayala Mall Terraces.

Our building has an Infinity Pool located at the 6th floor - open from 8AM to 6PM daily. Pool usage requires an additional fee of 100php per guest.

The Gym is located on another building but is currently under improvements.

You can take a good view of Cebu City from the Roof Deck.

My Property Manager, Adrian, will be available for you to handle any issues you encounter.

Near SM City Cebu and Ayala Terraces. Jeeps going to downtown and Mandaue-North side of Cebu. You can easily access public jeepneys, taxi, or grab.

You will have the place on your own, it is a self-serviced stay. Cleaning is limited to check-in and check-out dates only to prepare for incoming guests. Some cleaning materials are available for your convenience.
