Welcome to our Boho chic house located at The Majestic Condo, Ipoh.

Our house is located at 15th floor with amazing view of Ipoh in the morning.
It has projector (home cinema) with Chromecast where you can access to any movie / video online using our Unifi Broadband.

To all movie's lovers, our place is Netflix ready! Please ask us for instruction!

Also, our house is near to major food attractions. :)

There's a coin operated dobi shop located at our ground floor, they operate from 10am - 10pm.

You can always contact us by call or message if you have any questions or need help. We will also advise on self check-out.

- Coin operated laundry shop is located at shop lot downstairs
- Countless eateries (hawkers, cafes, restaurants etc)
- Everything is within 5-15 minutes by walk (central location)

- 3 mins walk to Nasi Ganja
- 5 mins walk to Lou Wong Tauge Chicken
- 5 mins walk to Tuck Kee

TRANSPORT:
If you're not driving, then using Grabcar is the most convenient way to move around Ipoh. We recommend you to download the apps on your phone ;)

- Please do park your vehicles at our designated parking space ONLY.

- Please keep your voice down after 11pm.

- Strictly No Party or Event, without permission.

- Strictly No Smoking are allowed in the premise.

- Strictly No Durian are allowed in the premise.

- No extra staying guests are allowed without permission.
Violation of it, if found, will result a penalty charges of RM 50 per guest per night of (URL HIDDEN)

- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability, violations of it will result penalty charges.
Late check-out charges;
RM 100 for the 1st hour.
Full day rental will be charged if guest late for 2 hour.

- Please refer to us about the swimwear attire, only tight and proper swimwear are allowed when using the swimming pool.
