Our brand new modern fashionable villa is located at the heart of Vagator, a few minutes only from the famous sunset point. With 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, it is ideal for families. All amenities required for an extended stay are available (fully equipped kitchen, dryer, washing machine, GENSET.) Enjoy an evening by the private pool or on the roof top terrace, this villa won't disappoint you! The gated community has 24X7 security and housekeeping will come to clean your villa once a day.

LOCATION
Only an 8 min drive from Vagator beach, and exactly mid-way between the famous Calangute & Ashvem beaches, this villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa. Cycle to the fish market early morning along the Chapora river, grab a nice sunset drink at the W hotel or do some Cycling at CyclingZen, you are in the heart of activities. We will help you organize a car rental or a taxi if you need it.

EATING
The best Goa has to offer is at your doorstep. Discover brunch at Mojigao, Prana Cafe or Baba au Rhum , vegan food at BeanMeUp. Olive will be your best place for lunch with a view over the ocean. In evening, head to Sublime or Thalassa. All these trendy places are within 10 min drive. Alternatively, take a round of the local markets and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

BEDROOMS
The ground floor has a guest bedroom with attached bathroom and direct access to the garden. A flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom also with an attached bathroom. We have an additional foldable floor mattress to accommodate a 7th guest.

LIVING AREA
The villa opens into spacious living-dining area with Wifi & a smart TV for those who need to remain connected. Access to the garden and private pool is through the living area. Make the most of this private outdoor space to relax in the lounge chairs or have a drink on the terrace by the pool. At the end of the day head to the roof terrace to read a book with a view over the natural surroundings. We can’t wait to have you experience a stay in our home!

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am - 5 pm. Towel and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
The villa is equipped with GENSET in case of power outage (frequent in Goa)

NOTE: For stays of 28 nights or more, in order to avail the monthly discount, the water, electricity, laundry of linen & towels are charged as per the actual bills, additionally to the room rate. We collect Rs.30,000/- security deposit in cash at the time of check-in against all of these.

The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. For check-in post 7 PM, the security guard at the gate will ensure smooth check-in. You will have free parking available at all times !

We will provide you with everything you need to have an incredible stay in Goa but we will also respect your privacy. You will have at your disposal
1) A Guest Relationship Manager who will call you prior to your arrival and do the check-in. He/ she can help you organise your travel from the airport and give you all relevant contacts for cabs, car rentals, activities, restaurants, etc. Do let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay dates and our team will endeavor it even more special.
2) A property assistant who is at site from 10am to 6pm for any questions regarding the villa.
3) 24/7 security guard at the gate
4) Housekeeping staff - they will clean the villa once a day between 10am and 5pm

Located in the heart of Vagator and in close proximity to Anjuna-Vagator beaches on one side and Ashvem/ Morjim beaches on the other. Famous eateries like Luna's, The Burger Factory, Thalassa, Sakana, Olives, Sublime, and for dessert lovers, Creme Choc, all within the radius of 5 km.

The closest supermarket to get groceries is Oxford Supermarket, 6 min drive away from the villa.

Our guest relationship manager will help you organize transport from the airport and give you the right contacts for cab/self drive Thar/car/Royal Enfield

GROCERIES – if you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service.

MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredient and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Zomato and Swiggy delivers right to the building.

LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the villa at that time. Message us 1 day in advance and we will be able to let you know whether it is possible or not.
