Self Check-in and Check-Out

Once your booking is confirmed, host will provide you the check-in and check-out procedure. Upon arrival to check-in, you will be given instructions on where to get the access card and keys for check-in.

Guest will have full access to suite amenities in the building such as Swimming Pool, Sauna and Gym Room facilities.

24 hours highly secure security guard on duty. CCTVs at all the common area.

I provide faster Self Check-in and Check-out process. If you have any enquiry, please feel free to contact me and I will try my best to help you. To make you feel comfortable like in your own home and have an incredible trip is my first priority..

1. Strictly No Smoking allowed in the premises.

2. No high volume of noise after 11pm

3. Drinking of alcohol is permitted but DO NOT get drunk! Drunken guest caused harm to others will be asked to leave the unit IMMEDIATELY with no refund of the balance!

4. Guest who messed and caused horrible dirt will be charged with RM300 for cleaning.

5. Guests are advised to take off shoes inside the house

6. Clean up the place like your home when you leave. Guest stays more than 7 days will be provided with a maid once a week at No charge! Bed Linings and towels will be changed once a week!

7. Guests are advised to wash all the dishes after used and to trash the kitchen waste every day to ensure no breed of flies and caused smell in the unit.

8. Guests are advised not to make noise in the elevators, hallways, lobby, etc...

9. Access card and door key 1 unit* will be given upon your check-in

10. Turn off all the switches eg air conditioning, heater, lights and Unplugged before you leave the unit.

11. Lost key/access card will be charged RM80 for replacement
