The four storey building has (16) studio units, (1) Common kitchen.

This room has it’s own queen sized bed, kitchenette and bathroom, window type ac. We provide a complete set of linens and towels.

COVID Rules: MASK ON IN ALL AREAS AROUND THE HOUSE. Max check-out at 12nn. We need time to sanitize the room with disinfectants and UVC lights before next guest checks in.

Street parking is not available at the property.
Building adjacent to our street has a special flat rate parking for us.

Most of the areas aforementioned are just a walking distance away from our house. The area still has a lot of good stores not mentioned. We only put the places we frequent. We advise you to explore the area as there are a lot more good places to eat and go to. :).

Neighborhood is pretty safe. We always walk around the area. Area has a lot of local police patrolling the area all the times because a lot of foreigners frequent Makati.

Just outside the building is a Jeepney Stop (Jeepney - Main transportation in the Philippines). These all lead to Ayala Area, where there are shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, museums, and the like.

Going past our block, there is another Jeepney Stop that will lead you towards the Guadalupe MRT Station (train) if you want to travel to other places around the city.

Grab is the preferred mode of transportation of most of the guests that stay vs the Normal Metered Taxi. Grab has fixed rates whenever you travel anywhere. Drivers will have no way to overcharge you, which is one of the things Philippines is infamously known for.

We also recommend using these rideshare apps to go our house to and from the airport if you do visit us. Usually, the Normal Metered Taxi would always appear "lost" to get longer rides.
