We go an extra mile for health and safety. We steam-clean every unit to kill viruses and microbes. This unique place has a style all its own.

This property is secured with 24-hour security staff in the lobby and the unit is brand new which just got turned over in October 2022. It is fully furnished with an LG quick drying washer, shower water heater, bidet, a new 2-door refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen essentials, dining set with 4 chairs, 32-inch HD smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, sofa bed which sleeps 2, queen size bed with 12 inches mattress, split type air conditioner, etc. You also have a private view of the Makati Skyline on the patio or balcony. It is also equipped with fast wifi internet.

Guests have access to almost all of the amenities except the pool wherein the admin charges P150.00/pax on weekdays and P300/pax on weekends and holidays. Sorry, but the gym and exercise equipment is currently only available to unit owners but will update you once this is available to guests. If your stay is 30 days or more, guests can access the pool and gym for free.

Guest can request to be assisted on arrival. Upon request, my co-host can meet you at the lobby and bring you to your room even if you arrive late at night or early morning.

Walk or drive to shopping malls, restaurants, casinos, event centers, and more. Usually, parking is provided by these establishments. Watch the famous Sunset of Manila Bay in nearby Baywalk.

Please note that because this unit is located on the higher floors, children under the age of 12 are not allowed because they can accidentally fall while playing on the balcony.
