A very spacious newly renovated 60 year old wooden house by the river located in the quite area in the centre of Surat Thani. This is your chance to live like a local and relax by river. 

This 210m2 house is peaceful and quiet equipped with air-conditioning. A spacious kitchen to cook and eat with fully-equipped kitchen (cooking, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, microwave), as well as, a dinning table inside the house and another small table located on the balcony in front of the river.

There is a total of 3 bedrooms (2 for rent) in the house. All bedrooms are over looking river. Bedroom 1 (32m2) for 2 people (this room can stay up to 4-5 people). Bedroom 2 (16m2) for 2 people.

Please note that this property is only accessible by boat transfers. 
By a long tail boat, it is a minute journey from the pier. It costs 20 THB/person per ride
