*LATE CHECK OUT (After 12pm)*
- May Charge Rm30 per hour but its base on availability.
- Please inform and let us know in advance so that we could prepare the cleaning for next booking accordingly. We reserved the rights to claim for compensation if our next booking is affected due to your lateness.

*SECURITY DEPOSIT*

*SMOKING POLICY*

*CARPARK-PAID PARKING ONLY*
