MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS AND LIST OF REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF STAY. MESSAGE ME TO ASK FOR THE REQUIREMENTS.

The unit is a condominium located in the ground floor.
You may cook your food.
Cooking utensils are provided for.
There's cable TV and internet in the unit.
Hot water heater in the shower is available.

UPDATE AS OF MARCH 18, 2020 - GYM AND POOL ARE CLOSED until further notice. [Guests have access to the gym (free) and paid pool from 6AM to 10PM. Pool fee is separate from accommodation paid. POOL FEE: 150PHP (300PHP during holidays) per head per day to be paid to our assistants in the unit. Pool is closed every Mondays and the day after every Philippine holidays for general cleaning. Maximum of 3 guests will be allowed to use the pool.]

PARKING rate at the mall:
30PHP for the first 2 hours
20PHP per hour succeeding
300PHP overnight parking (1:30AM-6:00AM).
Parking overnight is also available at a nearby carwash at around 100PHP.

Upon confirmed booking, kindly send us a copy of the ID of all guests and medical certificate. This is to be sent 5 days before your scheduled check in since a Lease Agreement will be preapred. Upon your arrival at the condominium, you will have to agree to the usual health protocols and have your picture taken by the reception. This is for PURELY SAFETY and SECURITY REASONS.
