It is a home, away from home. This newly refurbished 3-bedroom, 2-toilet single storey house strategically located at Piasau Jaya Phase 3, near the biggest Miri night market (Wed-Sat), just 5-10 min walk to Saberkas commercial Center, which also has more than 10 restaurants apart from the night market, convenient stores, sundry shops, laundry shops etc. A jogger paradise, Taman Bulatan (Bulatan Park) is just a jog away from the house. Boulevard Hypermarket, which is among the biggest supermarket & departmental stores in Miri, is within walking distance (15-20 min walk) from the house.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed which could sleep 3 persons, the other 2 rooms are with queen-size beds which could sleep 2 persons per room. Another extra queen and single mattress are provided at the living area. The house could accommodate 10 adult guests. All the 3 bedrooms and living room are fully air conditioned together with ceiling fans. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, cooking facilities (stove) and utensils, ironing facility, hair-dryer, hot-and-cold shower, parking space, satellite tv, dvd player and dvds. Meal can be arranged to be sent from the associate restaurant located at Saberkas Commercial center. Fully equipped conference/meeting room is also available provided by our associate restaurant.
