Reef House is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom colonial style private beach villa located on the Surf Point in Madiha on the south coast of Sri Lanka.
This elegant property offers a luxury stay for up to 6 guests seeking an 'away from it all' beach retreat.

An open plan living/dining room with pool and ocean views leads to a sit out verandah and a neatly manicured garden.
A feature spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom and bedroom 2 sharing a large balcony with stunning views of the Indian ocean. The third bedroom is downstairs and enjoys pool and ocean views. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished (two with 4 poster beds) and have AC, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, safes and private en suites with rain showers & solar hotwater.
There is a lovely infinity pool with jacuzzi. Sun beds and deck chairs are scattered around the garden offering complete privacy.
The villa comes with a cook and a houseboy. The cook will prepare all your meals. He is an accomplished cook specializing in Sri Lankan, oriental and Indian dishes and does great BBQs too.

The beach is accessed via a private gate and steps. On occasion sea turtles are seen swimming off the rocks.

Just a short stroll along the beach are 3 wonderful rock pools. Perfect for children to play in and it's completely safe.
There is wifi at the property as well as cable TV and a DVD player (on request). A small library of books and DvDs are available for guest use. The lawn by the pool offers the perfect space for a game of badminton (rackets provided). A fishing rod is also available for anyone wanting to try their hand at catching a fish for supper...
Two adorable rescue dogs 'Beauty' & 'Gaston' are in residence. Fully vaccinated and totally loved.

Madiha is becoming very popular amongst intermediate to advanced surfers. Consistent swell, 350m rides and a reef break. The surfing season is typically from late October to April. The Madiha surf break can be accessed directly from the villa.
