My studio is a mini studio with 28sqm in use, has opened great view to city, comes with an internal area built with all high-grade facilities in order to serve for the residence living demands such as: gym, large swimming pool, jogging internal routes connect with surrounding the area, and it is a central of the city center (heart of saigon)

Comfortably located just 5 minutes walking to BuiVien Walking Street(900 meter) and 5 min by taxi to the famous Ben Thanh Market(popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles, AODAI and souvenirs, ...) about 3km (2 miles), where has many interesting traditional stalls and shops to give you new experiences with food and things while in Ho Chi Minh City.

One down side is it has a little distant from the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, about 6.6km(4 miles) (taxi fare from airport to here is around 6USD=130.000 VND).
