HOUSE RULES

1) Cash RM 500.00 refundable deposit upon check-in.
2) Any Lost or Damage of access card will be penalty of RM 200.00 per card.
3) NO outdoor shoe walking inside the apartment. Indoor Slipper is provided.
4) All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A RM 200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
5) NO Parties and Event allowed in the apartment.
6) NO Durian is allowed in the apartment.
7) NO Pets are allowed in the apartment.
8) Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance.
9) For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms including driving license, passport and etc.
10) Guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and sanitary fashion. This responsibility includes the interior of the apartment and the outside area surrounding the apartment. The apartment and furnishings should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition so as not to cause insect, rodent, or other health concerns. Guest will be charged additional for damages and/or cleaning if the apartment is not in good condition.
