This enchanting and historically rich year-round resort is nestled along the picturesque shores of the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands region of Southern Ontario. Conveniently located near Highway 401, our resort is surrounded by numerous tourist attractions and shopping destinations, while maintaining a safe and friendly community atmosphere. Situated just 2 kilometers west of Prescott on Highway 2, our resort boasts a 300-foot riverside boardwalk and vibrant landscaped gardens, offering a convenient and unforgettable travel experience. We pride ourselves on providing a unique and memorable rest and gathering place for guests from Canada and around the world, as well as newlyweds and various events. Our resort serves as the ideal stopover between Toronto, Ottawa and Quebec, as well as the Atlantic Provinces. With 18 units of various accommodations types, we can comfortably host 35 to 40 guests. All rooms are equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, mini-fridge, coffee-making facilities, and most feature kitchen amenities and fireplaces. Our six fully-equipped cottages are especially popular, making our resort the perfect getaway for family reunions and friendly gatherings. Attractive group rates, serene surroundings, and complimentary BBQ facilities have drawn numerous businesses and professionals to stay with us. Over the years, we have built a loyal clientele, with some guests returning for over thirty years. Dewar’s Inn and Cottages offers complimentary breakfasts for guests during the summer in our breakfast room and delivery to guest rooms during winter. To accommodate various guest preferences, we provide both a swift self-check-in and traditional front desk service. Additionally, we offer accommodation and golf packages, and our partnership with influential annual fishing tournaments in Ontario attracts numerous visitors. Furthermore, our resort is just a short 5-minute drive to Prescott's city center and 15 minutes to the Thousand Islands cruise, while Ottawa is approximately an hour's journey away.
