Our Building is a "Guest House" which consist of 17 Studio Type Rooms.
It's located at the heart of PECINAN AREA of Jakarta, at Mangga Besar. West Jakarta. It's very near from Museum Fatahillah, Jakarta Old City.

Each Room for 2 person, SPRING BED BY AIRLAND, AC, TV, clean linen, wifi, private bathroom with hot and cold shower, private toilet.

The Ground floor is a Lobby and CIRCLE K, convenient store. You could buy snacks, bread, drink, and coffee.

Joe's Residence is a 4 Floors Building,
We are located at main street so you can find easily the building. The main entrance building is located behind THE CIRCLE K.

Ground Floor: Lobby, CIRCLE K, Car and Bike Park. We provide parking area, if you bring your own car or motorcycle (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

Level 3: Rooms
Level 5: Rooms, Open Space for smoking, Guest House Staff Room

You could reach our guest house by train, because it's near from Mangga Besar Train Station. Only 5 minutes by walking
You also use the bus Trans Jakarta, then continue by 15 minutes walking to location.
If you use Taxi or UBER, takes 30 minutes trip from Airport to our Guest House.

ATM machine is available at Circle K, ground floor
