We wanted a house that's distinctly raw & reflects the natural/cultural richness of this archipelago + it's got to be in a prime location. So we erected this rustic 2 storey thatch roof house in the heart of Seminyak & built it entirely out of repurposed tropical hardwood & old ironwood. We hand-selected & manually-positioned each timber into place & fitted the house with antiques. We're ecstatic to finally be able to share what we've created & hope guests will come to love it as much as we do.

We feel that the house exudes an air of earthiness and openness that we find very calming. It has a spacious 5 X 12 m living & dining area & a fully-equipped kitchen. Our Guests can enjoy these faciliteis, such as : 350 sqm of land space, 10 x 3 x 1.3 m swimming pool, Wi-Fi Internet , Cable TV, Fully-equipped kitchen, FREE breakfast, supply of drinking water, coffee, tea, condiments, Daily housekeeping & pool maintenance, 2 koi ponds , Spacious lawn, and Carport.

We are available onsite from 8 am to 5 pm to assist our guests. Outside of these hours, we can be reached by phone, text and emails.
We are happy to assist guests with laundry, car/bike rentals, spa/massage/tour/travel bookings, lunch/dinner arrangements, grocery shopping, etc. Please do not hesitate to inform us should you have any specific requests.
