The place is a compact studio (All en suite : including a kitchen then you can prove your own skill of cooking), INSIDE a small building consists of 7 small apartments. Ground floor is a quiet shared common space for friends of guest to visit, with big tables and chairs for a comfortable sitting, together with washer and dryer.

Stay with us right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city with coffee shop, local foods nearby, and even an authentic spa. The house located in a safe, quiet area then you can enjoy a cozy day after an adventure to Mekong Delta or Cu Chi Tunnel, but still center enough for you to get to many main attraction of the city such as Notre Dame, Post Office, Independent Palace. And at the end of the day, a decent dinner in nearby Japanese town is a good choice (only 2km, you can walk or of course you can get there with your motobike sharing app).

We have affordable sim card with unlimited data / domestic phone call plan for sale, only 200,000VND/month.
