The property management now allows at least 1 month stays to curb the covid-19 pandemic. The following documents shall also be accomplished and submitted at least 2 days before the move-in schedule:

List of Requirements:
1. Notarized Lease Agreement (Form is supplied)
2. Photocopy of government-issued identification card of the Lessor and Lessee (Passport for foreigners)
3. Health and Travel History Declaration Form (Form is supplied)
4. Foreigners and overseas Filipinos with international travel history for the past 14 days should submit copy of COVID-19 negative test result or certificate of completion of mandatory fourteen (14) days quarantine issued by Department of Health (DOH) or Local Government Unit (LGU). (consistent with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Guidelines)
5. Accomplished Move-in Form (Form is supplied)
6. Accomplished Residents/Tenant Information Sheet (Form is supplied)

On vacation mode but might be asked to prepare a report or presentation by your boss? Do not worry, the space is equipped with office items where you can convert the room into a workstation. It has a landline, up to 50 Mpbs wifi connection, SmartTV with over 100 CignalTV channels, and a printer-- perfect for small group/unit meetings and planning sessions! You can even prepare your favorite brewed coffee while nailing that very important job report.

Please note that guests can use the swimming pool for a fee; only TWO (2) guests are allowed. Please proceed to the admin office located at the grand lobby to secure your vouchers. Trees admin collects pool fees at 150/guest/access on regular days, and 300/guest/access on holidays. Admin office is open from 9am-12nn, and 1pm-6pm daily except holidays.

Please note that we don’t serve meals. Parking is available at the Trees’ Strip Mall, their rate is P30 for the first two hours and P10/hr for the succeeding hours. The entrance to the parking area is in front of Burger King.
