It is a 5-minute walk from Honancho station of the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and about 15 minutes to Shinjuku.
Anyway it's old. Kitchen and floor, unit baths are old style and walls are uneven. But the plot is neat. I sleep on my bedding in a tatami room. Layout is free!
The pride of our house is a small room of 1k (with bust and toilet) on the 3rd floor in a quiet residential area, in a location. There is a dedicated refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, window air conditioner, gas stove.

The nearest convenience store is 210 m walk 3 minutes on foot
There is a cheap and delicious shop, 220 meters to the shopping area.
