Inspired by the sea, we focused on a neutral palette – white walls w/ blue & driftwood accents creating a light, breezy, & calming ambiance.

Each room has heated shower, AC, WiFi, TV, Netflix, TV Plus, drinking water, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens, & bathroom basics - everything for a perfect getaway.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
For our own & our guests’ safety & protection, we are implementing the following enhanced cleaning protocol:

1. We CLEAN, SANITIZE, & DISINFECT before & after each reservation. After cleaning & sanitizing, WE USE AN ANTIVIRUS & GERMICIDAL UV LAMP to sterilize the room/s.

2. For an extra layer of protection, we also provide an AIR PURIFIER TO FILTER THE AIR inside the room/s.

GUEST PROTOCOL
The following guest protocol is implemented:

1. Guests who fall under any of the following are allowed:
- fully vaccinated individuals 18 yrs. old and above
- partially or non-vaccinated individuals below 18 yrs. old with fully vaccinated companions

2. Upon arrival, guest/s present their vaccination cards.

3. Guests are also subject to COVID-19 protocols of SM Wind Residences:
- wearing of face mask
- social distancing

*Payment & registration will be done on a daily basis. Hence, you can swim all you want on the day of payment but will be charged again the following day.
*If you’re staying on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, please advise us in advance if you’re planning to swim so we can request swimming vouchers for you. We need to request those vouchers earlier because the administration office is closed on holidays and Sundays and only open until 1pm on Saturdays.
